Tom is flat out the best.
I needed a bike built out of the box and a tire tube repair done. His work was quality, done in a prompt time frame (w/in 24 hours), he communicative throughout the process, and his prices very reasonable for the time spent (better than most bike store quotes).
He then went above and beyond when I noticed an issue with the manufacturer's quality (not his work) to help me address the issue after our agreed upon work was done. I can not recommend him enough.

Tom knows how to diagnose and fix any bike problem! He sends pictures of what he's done including worn out discs proving that they need to be replaced and the prices. His prices are the best I found when I was shopping around for repairs. He communicates clearly and in detail what needs to be done and how he's going to do the repairs. My neighbors and friends also take their bikes to Tom and agree with my positive assessment.

Tom is amazing. Response time is top notch. Very quick to reply to you and very accommodating. He works fast as well. I had my bike tuned up twice already with him, change brake pads, installation of basket rack. His service is also reasonably price. Tom is certainly my go to bike man!!! Great service. When I dropped the bike off Tom clearly spelled out my options and recommended the cheapest service required. He showed diagrams of his price chart and the benefits of a little more expensive package instead of piecemealing the service. Additionally he worked quickly on our project and had it ready the next day. He also sent videos of his progress. Lastly he was willing to allow us to pick up the bike after hours when I told him I might not be able to make it before close of business on a Friday. My son says the bike never rode better.

Quick to respond and great quality of work. I dropped off my bike on Friday for a tune up and he said it would take a few days. Text me the next day the bike was done with pictures and videos of the adjustments.

I was able to bring my new electric bike in the same day I called and Tom immediately put my bike on his lift and figured out the cause of my squeaky brakes. He gave me the tuneup cost and the worst case scenario right up front. He seemed busy, but had my bike ready the next day! He even had time to do one last minute adjustment when I picked up the bike. Tom has my highest recommendation and all my future business!

I am very grateful to have found Tom, he is truly wonderful at what he does. Several years ago I bought my dream bike used on eBay. Over the years, it got quite greasy and dirty, brake pads wore out, cables cracked, bottom bracket also had some play in it. I knew if I took it to a bike shop, it would cost a lot of money to have everything done that I wanted, replace the bottom, bracket, wheels trued, drivetrain completely cleaned.
So happy that I found Tom! His prices were far better than any bike shop, and I trusted him to work on it, after having a not so pleasant experience at a bike shop out in Manteca. I drove over an hour to see him, a week later he had my 2009 Banshee looking and running like new. The drivetrain was completely clean and ran so smooth, shifted with ease. New cables, new brake pads, bottom bracket replaced, literally feels like a new bike!
And I greatly appreciate all the photos he sent along the way showing before and after!
